Over the past 23 years, Eric Beck has coached over 1000 business owners in the process of systemization, scaling, and getting the free from the daily grind. In the process he has pioneered a proven system called Founder’s Fire that provides down-to-the-minute clarity, as well as a community of accountability to drive the process of reclaiming the fire that leads entrepreneurs on their journey. He has spoken to over 10,000 people live drawing on his experience as a US Army Vet, Jazz musician, Educator, and former Director of Training at Emyth Worldwide.

Sam Beck serves as Director of Small Business Acquisitions, where he leads the full lifecycle of acquiring and developing businesses—from initial opportunity sourcing to post-acquisition integration and growth.
With a focus on building strong deal flow, Sam oversees a team responsible for identifying both off-market and inbound opportunities, including those generated through educational webinars. He brings structure and clarity to the acquisition process by setting performance standards, refining outreach strategy, and ensuring a consistent pipeline aligned with long-term growth objectives.
Sam plays a critical role in evaluating each opportunity, leading the due diligence process to assess financial performance, operational stability, customer concentration, and overall risk. Working cross-functionally, he helps structure deals—often incorporating creative financing solutions—to ensure each acquisition is both strategic and sustainable.
Beyond the transaction, Sam is deeply involved in what happens next. He coordinates the implementation of proven systemization frameworks, equipping newly acquired businesses with operational structure, KPI visibility, and leadership development to stabilize and scale effectively.
He also works directly with business owners and aspiring buyers, guiding high-level conversations that help clarify fit, uncover opportunity, and define next steps.
