Over the past 23 years, Eric Beck has coached over 1000 business owners in the process of systemization, scaling, and getting the free from the daily grind. In the process he has pioneered a proven system called Founder’s Fire that provides down-to-the-minute clarity, as well as a community of accountability to drive the process of reclaiming the fire that leads entrepreneurs on their journey. He has spoken to over 10,000 people live drawing on his experience as a US Army Vet, Jazz musician, Educator, and former Director of Training at Emyth Worldwide.

Husband to Bobbi for 15 years, father to two amazing boys, Jaxson and Kylan, Peter is passionate about spending time with family, going on adventures, making memories, and sitting around kitchen tables full of laughter and joy!

Drawing on his background in real estate and his experience working with over 300 M&A firms as well as investment banks, Sam works closely with owners to navigate successful exits. He brings a unique perspective to the table having worked with small business owners and partner with large scale, M&A firms alike.
